I've been chasing and looking for a quality Magnesium.This is super easy to swallow or digest.I've had some great benefits extended towards my health.Better sleep.Pulse has dropped 30 points to 66 BPM.Sound and longer 😴Added bonus some increased hair growth and thickness.Great product, already reordered

I love this product. Works great. However, I’ve had the craziest and most outlandish dreams since taking this supplement. For that reason alone, I have to stop taking them. A little disappointed but the stuff I’ve been dreaming about tends to be on the violent side and not worth it for me. 😔

To my complete horror, after already taking approximately half of the capsules in the bottle, I found an enormous, solid mystery chunk of who knows what bouncing around with all the remaining capsules in the bottle.This large, solid mystery chunk bouncing around in the bottle with all the remaining capsules is approximately the size of 1/2 of 1 capsule.However, this large, solid mystery chunk is not encased in a capsule.This large, solid mystery chunk was just freely bouncing around contaminating all the capsules I had already taken (1/2 a bottle), and also all the remaining capsules remaining in the bottle.After finding this large, solid mystery chunk, I immediately decided to carefully inspect all the remaining capsules in the bottle.Again, to my complete horror, I found 5 capsules with the same mystery chunk on 1 end of each of those 5 capsules.The mystery chunks that I found in each of those 5 capsules are not as large as the 1 enormous chunk freely bouncing around the bottle, but the solid mystery chunks in each of the 5 capsules seem to be made up of the same mystery mass as the large, solid mystery chunk.The large, solid mystery chunk in each of these 5 capsules are completely solid and tightly lodged right before reaching the very very tip of each of the 5 capsules.The solidmystery chunk in each of the 5 capsules is lodged so very tightly that one of the ends of the capsules have absolutely no microbeads in it because the microbeads can't get past the mystery chunk on that 1 end. This makes 1 end of each of the capsules seem empty.Please refer to pictures.Who knows how many capsules with mystery chunks I have already taken while I took the first 1/2 of the capsules in the bottle?!?Truth be told, if I had not found the 1 large, solid mystery chunk the size of 1/2 a capsule bouncing around with the remaining capsules, I probably would not have noticed the solid chunks on the 1 end of the 5 capsules.I attempted to contact the company manufacturing and/or selling this product and inform them of what I had found. I thought they would want to know and would most definitely be equally concerned.I had previously purchased 7 bottles of their different formulations of magnesium in the past without any issues (or so I thought), so I figured this 1 bottle would not dissuade me from continuing to purchase their products.That was... UNTIL this manufacurer and/or seller informed me that this defective, and possibly contaminated bottle, was inelligebile for return.I'm sorry, what?I contacted Bolo, and they immediately applied a refund in the form a gift card, and Bolo also applied my refund to my account for future purchases.Do not stand by a company that does not stand by their products.They must know something we don't.Please, for your health of your family, keep scrolling.Find a company that stands by their products due to their making quality control of their products a priority for both their customers and their own families as well.

After learning more about all the benefits of magnesium I got more info about which ones don't cause the laxative effect. These have been great and I am really glad about getting the benefits without the bathroom adventures!
