Perfect if you’re on a diet and want to have a treat with some protein in it. It’s good enough to satisfy that craving. Put it in the microwave for a few seconds and bam. So good. This shouldn’t be a protein bar replacement as the calori to protein ratio isn’t the best, but it’s acceptable enough. The size is kinda small, but it’s good since you get two a pack. Reminds of a frosted cookie back in the day (like 10-15 years ago). Filling enough to hit the spot, you can’t tell there is protein in it and decent price. Lasts about two weeks.

I don't usually go for really sweet stuff. But, knowing that these only have 1 gram of sugar, I feel okay about it. I like eating one first thing in the morning. It's more of a dessert IMO. The truth is that they don't really fill me up that much. I'm usually hungry again within the hour. I will still order more because I like the flavor. I know that I have to add some other food with the cookie to fill me up. I'm not a big person. So far, I only like the Birthday Cake. I have tried the Lemon Cake flavor but they are softer in texture and not as good tasting as the BC. That's my personal opinion.

I normally love quest for the taste without the sugar, however, these ones tasted a little artificially sweetened, now I know they are artificially sweetened, however, many other products do not taste that way. These had a small aftertaste that I didn’t really care for too much.
