I am a nail biter and suffer anxiety attacks. Since using these, the nail biting has stopped and my anxiety is quietly and discretely relieved.

Got these because I am currently quitting. I don’t hate the build, I like the draw but they do taste moldy. I can’t explain it other than it’s like sucking on mold. It’s gross and everyone of them taste like mold. I got the spearmint ones and I am disappointed and grossed out.

They really help me with quitting vaping. This flavor (the peppermint) is my fav because its very menthol like and has really helped me with the habit of grabbing my vape. I like the size. They are super small and easy to carry around or conceal. Last a while and i love the taste.

I had great expectations for this product. But, you get what you pay for. If you're stuck in an area where smoking is not allowed, it provides some relief from cravings.

Eh, it does give a nice flavor, stops the craving to eat something or chew gum without calories, however, doesn't last long and gets hard inside and becomes useless to draw threw. Had a plug for the bottom and a cap, if you don't put those back after each use, it dries out and gets hard and you can't draw on it.

Hey, maybe I got a bad batch, but this is my first impression. This basically chewing on a flavorless pen, and your next way to waste $20 bucks on unsatisfying junk orders.

Quit vaping and I have tried a few of these like substitutes and this has hand down been the best! You get that throat hit that I didn't know I was missing. Thanks for this little device.

Great alternative to smoking and vaping

I find the peppermint and spearmint to be the most effective for myself, but this product has been instrumental in my quitting smoking. I also still use them if I am having some brews, as that is when I liked to smoke cigarettes the most. No smoke and no water vapor, just minty air. But really helps with the sensation and fills the void of the habit. Would definitely recommend. Keep in mind there are various flavors and you will need to find which one works best for you. Variety pack might be a good place to start and then from there go with the flavor that is most effective for you.

Flavour relatively strong. Spearmint. Or maybe I inhaled too deeply. I will use them until I find something better .They do have a draw. So it does give the cigarette feel.They're lightweightSlenderI guess you can't beat the price
