This is some of a new generation of cookware just recently on the market, where laser treatment of bare metal creates a nonstick surface with no coatings (no Teflon). I have two different brands and versions and they are both remarkable so far. Very high quality and reasonable prices. Nonstick works great. The only TBD is how the nonstick stands up to time and use. Too early to know but my nerd instincts tell me that this cookware will outlast any traditional nonstick ... because there is no coating to wear out. If I am right then this is the cookware we have been hoping for ... for a long time. Chemical free nonstick that really works and is affordable too. Looks nice, cooks great, so far ... so good! If it lasts 5 years it is a great success. If it lasts a lot longer, which I think it will, then it is truly revolutionary.

Other reviewers who have had problems with this pan may just be unfamiliar with how to properly use it. The steel heats up rapidly and you need to use a much lower heat setting than with more traditional pans. The same is true of the black carbon steel pans that transfer greater levels of heat than aluminum based, Teflon coated types.I’ve only used this pan a few times, but it sears meat well, and even cooks eggs just fine as long as you don’t use high temp stove settings. And it cleans up easily. This is obviously a knock off of the much more expensive hexclad product, and I have no experience with those pans to compare this one to. If the hexclad is significantly better, I want one, because this one works fine. Maybe it won’t last as long as the one with a lifetime warranty, but for 1/5 the price, I’ll roll the dice with this one, and so far, I’m not disappointed.

No PTFE, PFAS.... :) !Not a smooth non-stick direct replacement. Love these beautiful pans. I have 4 so far. Aluminum in the recycle bin

was hoping for a bargain hexclad but the ridges are much higher, meaning it makes a mess out of cooking eggs or anything with a sauce. disappointing.

For the first honey comb pan, this was amazing
I don't think I can ever go back to coated or cast iron pans. They all have their pain points, and this one doesn't have any of them. Even and quick heat distribution, non-stick, easy to clean, no worries about coating coming off. Just amazing. I'm sticking to honeycombs from now on.

Es un sartén magnífico! Realmente me sorprende su antiadherente. Es cierto que se debe emplear una pequeña cantidad de aceite para que cumpla su función. Lo uso más para hacer huevo en torta y aunque su inconveniente es su pequeño fondo, con un poco de agilidad se puede dominar para obtener el resultado. Eh freido carnes y guisado frijoles y sin problemas para su limpieza, solo con una pequeña toalla de papel o una esponja suave. Por ahí noté algunas manchas de aceite quemado pero nada que no se pueda quitar con el polvo Bar Keepers Friend. Hasta ahora la capa antiadherente luce intacta.
Incredible Frying Pan
If I had one thing negative to say, it's why don't you offer a 12" version as these pans are incredible!
It is a non stick fry pan
I've been using this non stick frying pan for several weeks and seems to be working fine. I am satisfied with the product.
