When it arrived, I unboxed and followed directions. It reached the fully expanded size in much less than the full time. There was not much of a smell to it, what there was dissipated before it fully expanded when I left it out flat. I’ve been sleeping on it for almost 2 months now and it is still as comfortable as when it first arrived. There are no cracks or rips in it, as some of the lower quality mattress toppers seems to get. I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend.I rely on the thoughtful reviews from other Bolo shoppers to help make my purchase decisions. I hope that my review has been helpful to you.

    Purchased to replace some old egg crate style cushioning for a dog bed. Foam is extremely soft and ‘squishy’. Need to purchase a few more as ALL of the dogs love the new bedding material.

    Read a lot of review saying it came damaged probably not. I’m assuming it’s user error. It comes very tightly packed and it’s very thin. Mine was not damaged at all with any chunks taken out of it by users that posted their reviews. You have to open it slowly and carefully and let it sit overnight for it to expand then it’s two inches thick and just as described.

    I purchased this to soften up my guest bed. It hardly did anything to make bed more comfortable. If you are looking for a soft pillow top like experience, you may want to get an actual pillow top. If you like firm mattress and just want slightly less firm, this may work for you.
