I have tried several keto acv gummies to help with weight loss including those kelky clarkson says she uses. Zero results to every one of them. Thus brand. Premier actually does help. With 2 of these in the morning with breskfast, i find that throughout the rest of the day i have.no urges for snacks or sweets. Not even when grocery shopping. So, yes. I recommend this particular keto gummy.

Contrary to internet reports, gummy products have not been endorsed by Dr. Oz and there is no evidence to support their effectiveness. The product does not contain any exogenous ketones and contrary to a ketogenic diet regimen, it actually contains added sugar and carbohydrates. Although ACV and beet juice are reported to have health benefits, and two gummies washed down with a glass of water before meals may help suppress appetite, other supplements will provide the same benefits at a much lower cost and simply drinking an 8 Oz glass of water before meals has always been a common diet hack. In short: too expensive for questionable benefit as an addition to a ketogenic diet and dubious advertising claims bordering on scam.

I love these gummies to help with weight loss. You have to be patient tho, their claims are a little far out.I’m surprised they were not melted, since coming USPS, the temp averaging 104 everyday here.

These don't work as good as keto + But as long as you excersize while taking them they will eventually work. But the KETO + is that really works for me.

I got mine in the mail March 8. Started taking two a day lost 10 pounds today’s March 22.. No problems with the pomegranate powder. I do have high blood pressure, but I have no noticed no change in that.

I regret buying it. It tastes awful very souri. I should’ve known because it is ACV(Apple cider vinigar.) some of the reviews said it tastes great. Not at all at least for me. As soon as I opened the seal. I can smell the acidity already but I thought I’ll give bit a try. I took one and few minutes later my stomach started to hurt then I felt hot. The next morning I took another one before my breakfast and I felt the same I drank lots of water with it because I had to lessen the sourness from the gummy. I felt bloated. I had physically therapy after breakfast, the therapist crook my blood pressure as usual and it was high much higher than normal I felt that I had less energy during my therapy and I had a doctor appointment at noon. the nurse took my blood pressure again and it was also high. My blood pressure usually runs low. So since I didn’t change anything in my diet and my stomach hurtled the whole day again. I decided not to take it anymore. So I couldn’t tell if this product can or can not have weight loss effect. All I can say is that for me there were more negative effects. So definitely a waste of money for me. People few people told me to try drinking apple cider vinegar because it has health benefits I tried drinking apple cider vinegar once and it was unbearable for me. I suppose this gummy can be an alternative method to take apple cider vinegar. The second gummy I took. I chewed it into pieces and quickly drank water to swallow them. Also I had to go to the restroom more often and this is the only beneficial effect for me. My stomach was hurting so much all I did was sleep and rest which doesn’t help with weight loss at all
