Once I got the pans, one of the first things I did was make scrambled eggs, because nothing sticks to pans like eggs and cheese. Once the pan cooled was able to brush off the eggs and cheese just using my hand.It does a great job of being non-stick.It maintains temperature for longer when taken off the stove.It gets an excellent sear when cooking steak and other meat.Over all I love these pans. They are definitely worth the extra cost.

My husband wanted to purchase a new set of pans and found these. They are super easy to use and clean nicely. The hexagon pattern on the pans is nice to look at and does not wear away after multiple uses.

The skillets are a little heavier than I thought but much lighter than my cast iron. Most clean up is easy. Sometimes soaking is needed to get everything out. Wish there was another one a size smaller. Like see through lids. All in all satisfied after couple months use.

After 4 years of trying to use other pans on my induction cooktop, I finally found THE ones! The pans I used on my previous ceramic cooktop had clear lids, and when I switched to induction, the pans I purchased came with solid lids.These new pans heat quickly, brown well, and are primarily non-stick. I'm so happy with my purchase!

We expected better. This is not a non stick pan. cooked an egg and it stuck to the pan worse then any other that did not have this metal mesh. Also it is not easy to use as they advise not to put in dishwasher. So now we are trying to clean stuck on mess with a sponge.
