The Extric Mechanical pencils are great. I like simplicity, comfort, and functionality. Yeah, its just a pencil, but so many products are over or under engineered. These just work, are simple, and super functional. Checks the boxes for me!The pencil is light plastic, you get 24 of them, and they come in four different colored barrels. The lead in each of them is .7mm #2, which is probably what you grew up with. So these are medium point, don't easily break the lead, and the lead is extendable and retractable with a push on the eraser. And the white rubber erasers on these actually work. Other than that, they each have a pocket clip. It seems like there are two 2.5" (yeah, I actually measured) leads in each barrel. So these are gonna last you a very long time. A couple went directly to my desk pencil holder and two into my backpack, and I'm sure the family will abscond with the rest as soon as they realize how functional these are.
