They are easy to use and allow for a variety of exercises such as glute kickbacks, leg extensions, and hip abductions. The ankle straps are comfortable and fit well, providing secure support during training. Additionally, the bands offer different resistance levels, allowing me to adjust exercises to my strength level. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the toning of my legs and glutes since incorporating them into my workouts. They are lightweight, portable, and easy to store, making them ideal for home training or taking to the gym. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to improve their lower body strength and muscle definition.

These work okay but found cords a little long for my stride. I feel like I need to do a split to be able to feel the resistance (okay it’s not that bad).But honestly I’m 5 ‘8” and I really have to lengthen my stride to get resistance.They work but would like them a little shorter so my legs get resistance close to beginning of movement instead of of very end of it.

Looks like a great set. Just opened it for the first time and noticed I two 30lb resistantance bands, and one 20lb band. No "as avertised" 10lb band. Other then that, the set looks great. Sturdy!
