5.0 out of 5 stars So Grateful to Have Found These!

I normally wear Red Wing boots because I couldn’t find sneakers wide enough with right amount of cushioning across the ball of my feet. I have some neuropathy in my feet and the Ghost 16s are a Godsend! I purchased a women’s 8 Xwide. The tongue says they’re a EE width, but they fit a just a tad bit wider than my Red Wing 7.5 D width and I think that’s mostly due to the fact they’re not leather. The length is about the same though. I always wear thick socks and these fit perfectly! They’re lightweight with good arch support, good non slip soles and perfect walking shoes.I love my Red Wings but they’re hot during the summer months. I am so glad I bought these!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great, comfortable shoes!

    C. · June 12, 2025

I just got them yesterday. I'm wearing them around the house today and they are so very comfortable!I have a pair of size 10 Brooks but typically I wear a size 11 so I ordered a 10.5 for this time just to give myself more room since my feet sometimes swell. But I think I'm going to order an 11 and see if they fit just a little better. These fit pretty good but my toes are near the end and I have diabetes and other conditions so I think I'm going to order an 11 and try them both on and probably return my 10.5Just thought I'd share in case someone else has Brooks and thinks that they are all sized the same. It seems they are not. But these are still great shoes!

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent shoe, just didn't work well with my custom orthotics

    I. · June 13, 2025

I wanted these to work so badly.... The cushioning and quality of these shoes is fantastic! Unfortunately, some of the amazing cushioning was why they ultimately didn't work for me. I have to wear custom orthotics in my shoes and these were even recommended as shoes that would accommodate custom orthotics (because they have removable insoles). However, they have internal ankle cushions that felt great without my orthotics, but sadly with my orthotics in them, my foot was elevated just enough in the shoe that the ankle cushioning then wasn't hitting where it was intended and it ultimately wound up rubbing rather than cushioning. :( Highly recommend to anyone not wearing custom orthotics though!

5.0 out of 5 stars A game changer for comfort and support

I’ve tried a lot of running shoes over the years, but Brooks has truly earned a permanent spot in my lineup. From the moment I put them on, I noticed the difference — the cushioning is plush without being too soft, and they provide excellent arch and heel support, which is a must for longer runs or days when I’m on my feet for hours. What really sets Brooks apart is how well they balance comfort and structure. My feet feel secure, yet there’s enough flexibility to move naturally. Whether I’m hitting the pavement for a morning jog or walking around the city, these shoes never leave me sore or fatigued.Another huge plus: they’re incredibly lightweight and breathable, which keeps my feet cool even on hot days. The quality is solid too — after months of wear, they’re holding up great with minimal signs of wear and tear.If you’re looking for running shoes that deliver top-notch comfort and reliable support, Brooks is a brand worth investing in. I can confidently say they’ve made my runs (and daily life) a lot more enjoyable.

I have been a Brooks loyal customer for years, purchasing 4 or more pairs per year. I am a size 9, fairly high arch, need a generous toe box – but not wide in the heel. I consider myself a moderate level athlete. I fast walk 6-10 miles per day, and more when I am training for an event (such as the 3Day/60 mile walk). My go to for several years was the Adrenaline GTS 22. I could buy a new pair, slip my custom orthotics in, and go. No break-in period was needed. These worked great for my 3Day/60 mile walk events. Then they went to the Adrenaline GTS 23, those also fit well. Then in Oct 2024, I had to order the GTS 23 GTX. These were too narrow in the toe box. I had to return them. I’ve since tried the Revel 6 (kept for non-athletic wear); the Adrenaline GTS 24 (toe box too tight); Ghost Max 2 (felt pushed forward and were clunky); Ghost 16 (wasn’t too bad, wore it 6 mile outside and it started feeling like my toes-metatarsals were crunching); another Ghost 16 (to confirm if it was just an oddity last time – wasn’t) I decided to try a wide, and ordered the Launch 10, in 9 wide. They were too wide overall. Then tried Launch 10, in 9 regular width. The Launch 10 is the winner by far. Just ordered another pair, as there are not many options in my size left.My husband thought I was crazy with shoes coming and going. I don’t mind the price as long as the shoe fits properly and will not cause me any downtime from injuries.I now have a spreadsheet keeping track of all of this – paying particular attention to details like the vendors description (soft, protective vs responsive springy); are they supportive or neutral; and especially the midsole drop. When you find the right shoe, order back-up pair because they might not be the same in 3 months when you need to get new shoes.

5.0 out of 5 stars Brooks ghost work great for plantar fasciitis

    h. · June 18, 2025

Love Brooks ghost. I do think the new version the inserts are more rigid but they seem to be working well now for my foot. Had some pain the first few wears. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and this style shoe works terrific! Highly recommend. Use them for cardio gym days and love them. TTS and lots of compliments on this purple and white pair.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very comfortable, even for long shifts!!

    V. · June 15, 2025

I work at an ALF, and I've always worn Crocs. I work long 16 hour shifts, and at the end of the night, my legs/feet/back would hurt so bad. I decided to give these a try, and I am so glad I did. They are super comfy, and at the end of my long shifts now, I am not feeling any pain anymore! Plus, they are very cute too!

Brooks was recommended by my orthopedic surgeon after foot surgery. I found them to be very comfortable with good arch support, I was pleased I could get a wide size through Bolo since I could not find wide in my local stores. Veryhappy with my purchase.

    Bin begeistert,liebe Brooks

    Super Artikel, sehr bequem.
