The media could not be loaded. Wowza, such a beauty! It’s rare to find the heating element as high as this unit has, which makes the calming ambience of the firelight even more pronounced (compared to our old one, that had the fire at floor level and so was not a focal point, often obscured by furniture). We found a helpful YT video online of someone putting together this exact model in specific steps (easy search using the model name/number found on Bolo), and so it made assembly even easier. Highly recommend an electric screwdriver to save your wrists, as there are many components. Also a second person may be helpful, but it can be done alone. The end result and modern aesthetic of this fireplace (and the color choices of lighting and heat output) is far beyond our expectations for this price point. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!

Putting it together did not cause as much trouble as other reviews had stated or at least, I didn't have much trouble. I did however, get 2 shorter extensions in my setup instead of 1 long and 1 short which ended up stripping out. I did get in contact with the seller and they sent a new replacement cord kit which arrived promptly in the mail. Replaced the broken cord and everything works perfect. I would still say it's a great entertainment center and looks just as great. Sturdy and atmospheric. Helpful tip on cleaning since it's a high gloss surface, I use TV cleaner. I just spray it on the microfiber cloth and give the center a wipe down whenever I clean the TV at the same time.

I had been looking at this fireplace stand for a good minute. I finally let my 13yr. old make the decision between a few that I had been looking at and she choose this one (it's for her bedroom anyway). It's the only one that I really wanted also (price was making the others look better). I did however put this together myself, I don't remember how long it took since timing was not an issue. Nothing was broken or damaged upon arrival. I do want to say that the instructions were clear and easy to understand. All of the items were properly labeled and I had no issues putting this together. The finish product is absolutely beautiful. I am very glad that I went with this company.

This is my review of the bookcases that match this ...it also applies to this fireplace .........Bought this and the larger fireplace tv stand...REGRET EVERY MOMENT OF IT....first the boxes were already cut open and retaped NO BIGGIE...however everything from there on is NEXT LEVEL...we open the box and broken styrofoam shoots out EVERYWHERE like foam snakes from the trick peanut brittle tubes...we first notice tonnnnns of scratches but decided to move forward as its a mirror shine and from 6 feet you just see reflection and not scratches...REGRET...building it was a joke...soooo many flaws and miss aligned holes (including holes in glass) and screws to small to properly hold the weight of what they are supposed to hold up...buuuutttt we marched on...REGRET...we finally 5 hours later stood this junk up....looked at it and laughed...its crooked...putting the two towers together the bottoms touch and are flush as it should be...the top however has a 1 inch gap...the left tower leans ...now before you think its user error...remember all those offset holes?...we think that even though other holes seemed in the right spot they were just off and slowly going left thus when everything is built LEAN...so we call Bolo to work on a return and they in turn contact seller...HOLLLLY FUDGE NUGGETS...i have nevvvvvver had a more absurd interaction with a company EVER....after days of 1 reply a day due to even though we have a time difference between us and we know you have product issues we just plain refuse to communicate more than once during our work day....days later and their fix is new toweres wich normally would be FANTASTIC and half our money back on fireplace..however afteer seeing the quality of craftmanship of both these towers and the fireplace tv stand i have ZERO interest in a replacement and i CERTAINLY wont except half my money......the last line i received from them was.........Because the return is a very troublesome and long process, the item is much more likely to be damaged again in the way of return and the item can not be sold again already, which will cause great waste........their post says return OR refund....im not an entitled person...i just believe that if a product is that NEXT LEVEL detective you should not be forced to keep it...avoid a headache and buy elsewhere...im working with Bolo to get a refund....

I absolutely LOVE this tv stand/fireplace. It is pretty cool now that it’s all put together. But man it was difficult to assemble by myself. Both boxes were really heavy, instructions weren’t super clear, I had to redo a couple of sections, I got some giant bruises by dropping pieces while trying to balance them. In all honesty it took a few days to do myself. But I would do it all again because it’s that great. Just buy it - you won’t regret it. And don’t get like me - get help.

The media could not be loaded. Pretty and sleek looking. It took hubby and I 4ish hours to put together it’s so much easier with 2 people putting it together. The only downfall for us is that one of the doors would not line up. We took it off twice and still rubs against the other door. Other than that we’re satisfied. Don’t know how warm it’ll get yet since it’s been too hot outside to use. Can’t wait to use it come fall.

This is a beautiful piece but... it is not as glossy and sturdy as shown in the picture on the website.Pretty heavy item and I would recommend to have a skilled person to install it since there is fireplace although the process itself is not difficult. A lot of pieces but manageable other than quite heavy for me, lol.One of the piece I received came in broken and I have reported the issue to the seller. They are responsive but I am not sure (yet) if I could resolve the issue with them successfully. I did pay $99.99 for shipping which should cover my loss on the broken piece.
