I’ve had it about 90 days and it makes an awesome cup of coffee. Pretty straight forward and somewhat customizable. Easy to clean and easy to use. It makes coffee pretty quick. The water tray does fill up extremely fast so I had to get in the habit of emptying it every morning. I tended to forget about that short cleaning cycle when it automatically turns off. With that little tweak, mornings have been very nice with coffee house quality coffee.

I had a an A1 for years until it stopped brewing a good cup of coffee. I am more than happy with this model. It has a more convenient water reservoir and brews an excellent cup of coffee.

Fantastic machine. We had an earlier Jura for years and it is still working at another location. This is an excellent replacement that makes great coffee and espresso.

Finally got around to setting it up. Carefully followed the instructions. But when I got to the point of making a cup of coffee, the grinder makes a lot of noise and does not appear to actually grind any beans (the beans just sit there) and the no water comes out into the cup (the water level does not drop). I powered the machine on and off multiple times. I tried making a cup of coffee multiple times. Nothing. I do not recommend this item. I will no longer buy Jura (this was my second machine), nor will I recommend Jura to anyone.

I had an entry level, then expensive, then even more expensive- e.g. this one. I know people who had their Jura machines for 18 years with just maintenance and no issues; so that was my reason to try it.In comparison, Jura makes the best coffee. You don’t have to deal with the mess of having a knock box and coffee grounds everywhere. The coffee is consistent and decent. My husband and I drink regular and decaf respectively, so for us it was important that we don’t have to measure and add different beans each time. This is why the side chute for different coffee comes in handy!I do like my cappuccino in the morning, but that was solved with a Beichen milk heater/frother. It does a better job than I ever could with my old espresso machines, perfect every time! Again, less mess and cleanup there, too.Finally, I discovered that using well ground beans in slightly elevated quantity in the side chute gives you coffee shop quality coffee! I think if Jura just made the quantity of grounds larger for each pour, it would vastly improve this machine.Verdict: we’re keeping it. It’s a very good machine and the sleek design makes it appealing as well.
