These have become my go-to protein bars. They are the best combination of taste, texture, size, and nutritional content. They're pretty substantial which I like. 30g of protein, not too much added sugar. They can actually serve as a meal replacement which is rare since most bars are so tiny.My top 5 favorite flavors:1. Salted Carmel Brownie Crunch (very good, well rounded, not too sweet)2. Vanilla Carmel Churro (very good, just a tad too sweet to have daily)3. Crispy Apple Pie (in moderation, too sweet to have more than like every 3-4 days)4. Peanut butter Pretzel (taste is mostly good, but very messy to eat and pretzels are dry)5. Super Cookie Crunch (taste okay, kind of artificial protein powder tasting though)Best value/taste/nutrition of everything I've tried.I think the 'Anabar' brand bars taste slightly better, but they're like 1/3 the size and they melt at room temperature, so I'm sticking with MetRx.

These are the best of all of the Met-X protein bars and are satisfying to consume. On the firmer side, the bite is satisfying. It's like a PB cup but thicker inside, and definitely less sweet than the popular candy. At the same time, I find the less sugar part to be preferable to that which is sickly-sweet. These things have been so helpful in my managing to cut back on sugar! I feel so much better and have lost a few pounds. The higher protein in this one makes me feel better about what I'm eating. Sometimes, I have to eat only half at a time, and it's still pretty filling. The Crispy Apple variety is also incredible. Nice job with this one.

Flavor is good but not as good as some of their others. Best part is the higher protien to calorie content of the other bars in the metrx line. Overall great product.
