I put it together fairly quickly. The instructions aren't great. You have to use a lot of force to insert the roller balls. A mallet would help... or a meat tenderizing tool...or a paper weight... or your pet rock. But he or she might bite afterwards.

After two months, the seat cushion has out of shape and become little flat, but I'm only 120 pounds.

I have been looking for a rolling stool for some time and this one is perfect size and lightweight for my need. Doesn't tip over easily like some others with narrow base.It rolls easily. My only concern is that this will only hold up to 250 pounds which is fine for me, but I would love a similar one like this that could hold heavier weight. Overall, I am happy with this purchase, but time will tell how well it will last. Also, if you have larger bottom, you'll want to purchase one with larger seat size.

I'm a music teacher and bought this to sit on while teaching my young classes that sit on the floor. After a week of use (myself only, no students) I noticed a wheel was bending inward, making the stool unstable. Upon inspection, I saw the soldering was weak and very thin in one of three connection points, and detached in completely in one. Today I sat on it for just a moment, and the wheel snapped off. For the record, I am not a large person 150 pounds only. The product was defective, but I am now past the return window and due to the school year schedule and having it a couple weeks before beginning to use it.

I ordered this stool for occasional use at my vanity.It’s comfortable and seems sturdy enough for this use. The assembly instructions say it can be put together in 5 minutes. I laughed when I saw that because it always takes me longer than it should. But it really did only take 10 minutes. The instructions were easy to understand and the pieces popped together, bing bang boom!

Good as a mobility aid
Bought this as a mobility aid to get around my apartment. I use it daily and I love it. I consider it comfortable on my chronically in pain hips and it rolls smoothly. Assembly was easy. Good value and good product.

Missing parts
Shipped missing a connection ring and a package of leg peices that were in a canada post envelope addressed to someone else. Looks like parcel was peiced tougher from returned and broken parts. Still missing peices.
