This is my first Order of the strawberry banana smoothie mix, though. I made it according to directions and it was delicious and filling. I’ll be adding this to my future purchases for sure.

I needed to get my blood sugar and cholesterol under control and I don't believe in taking medicine to control something that I should be controlling with what I eat but couldn't. I'm trying the Step One Foods and so far use this Smoothie and the Anytime Sprinkle (which I love!) and the Pecan Cherry bars. I add Silk for the liquid and a glass of ice cubes and a banana for this smoothie and I actually look forward to it. They are all very filling and keep me from snacking. I've already lost weight and my blood pressure is great and it keeps my very regular. I actually even feel better. I've only been using this for 2 weeks so I'm very impressed. I researched these products well before deciding on this brand. Mayo Clinic is where the trials were done so that was also impressive. Very happy.

The texture is just horrible even when a power blender is used ~ The taste even with added fruit is disgusting~ I would spend $20 more a bag for a more flavorful and quality protein powder~

It is gritty however if you have a vegetable grinder you can always put it in there instead of a blender and it will chop up all those little pieces and then put it in a blender with your almond milk add strawberries or bananas. You can add ice. I like to add a little bit of honey because it really does not taste good but the honey really helps

I have been using Step One foods for 3 years. My cholesterol was out of control even with a statin. Since using Step One it is now in an acceptable range. This Strawberry Banana Smoothie Mix is one of my favorites. I enjoy it most when I mix it with my morning oatmeal and a little greek yogurt. It is easy to mix, tastes great, fills me up and carries me through till a late lunch.

The packaging is nice appealing to the eye and easy to open I tried it with Greek yogurt and Ice in the blender. I honestly did not like it. There were chunks of the mix that didn’t blend well and I blended for several minutes. The mix tasted more sour than sweet and had a funky aftertaste. Wasn’t for me.

I first discovered Step One Foods while paging through a medical/health magazine at a doctor's office. They were developed by a cardiologist who was trying to find ways for people to get proper heart healthy nutrition in a convenient and 'doable' way. I like these strawberry smoothies. They are tasty and give me energy. I feel better after having had these snacks. I have ordered these directly for years, but noticed that they are now on Bolo and may reach a wider audience. I highly recommend this smoothie mix!
