The scent is very light and pleasant so if you are sensitive to smell, that’s not at all a problem with this product. Essentially, after using this you don’t need to lotion apply lotion after your shower. It’s a very large size so I feel like this will last a long time! Give it a try!

THIS STUFF IS AMAZING!I have the kind of dry skin that, left unchecked, goes full-on snake skin. I've tried many in-shower lotions, oils, scrubs, you name it, and some are definitely more effective than others in helping me keep my skin soft and moisturized.I'd been eyeing this for a while and hadn't bitten because of the steep price tag, but I finally decided to treat myself and boy howdy, I'm so happy I did. The skin feel of this product is so luxurious, and it's true when they say a little goes a long way. The scent is pleasant (though I wish they would make this in other scents too), and light enough to still allow for layering with others once out of the shower. I don't feel like I have to put more lotion on after I dry off either.If any of you are like me, and keep coming back to this tub of magical goodness but hesitate at the price, just do yourself a favor and buy it already! It will last a while, and there's nothing else on the market quite like this (that I know of, anyway).This will be a staple in my shower routine going forward. Hanni, please, make this in more scents!!

I have been trying different in-shower moisturizers for a couple of years now and frankly this one blows every last one of them out of the water. The scent is roses, and in my opinion it smells absolutely identical to Stella McCartney perfume (which is, I think, the best of all rose perfumes out there). The texture is thick and waxy but melts if you rub between your palms first, and once you get it on you, it immediately locks in moisture with an occlusive emollient quality that I think exceeds even like Aquaphor, but this isn’t sticky or greasy when you get out of the shower. Typically I am still following up with a multi step multi layer moisturizer (Necessaire body lotion FTW) after the shower but I was in a rush so didn’t today, and I am pleasantly surprised by how much I didn’t really need to do that today in spite of it being winter and having a lot of dry flaky itchy skin issues. I am excited to try the soap I ordered from this brand and I am probably going to order a few more of these so I don’t run out. Also, the packaging is excellent- I wish more companies used truly reusable packaging like this. The metal jars have screw tight lids so you won’t ruin the balm by water leaking in. You will not be disappointed, just order this stuff.

I love this product so much, it's really helped keep my skin soft. This is such a simple step to do in the shower and makes the routine feel luxurious. I particularly like doing a Gua Sha massage while applying on my neck, under arms & torso, I don't apply to my face.

This is a nice product and I am happy with it. Personally I cannot stand the scent. I immediately have to use a fragrance over it. To me, it has a bit of an “older woman smell” if you know what I mean. For me personally it has a floral scent that I just don’t like. It’s faint, but it’s there.With that said. I do like how it works on my dry skin. My skin feels more hydrated. Along with feeling very soft. I will continue to purchase it. Just have my fragrance ready to roll.

What a convenient product! I love that I can shower or bathe and just apply this to wet skin and then I can skip the lotion. I've used an in shower lotion before but they didn't seem to make my skin feel like I applied anything on after drying. This product is a salve and maybe that makes a difference. It goes on smooth and light and it definitely makes my skin feel supple and shiny after I pat dry. Actually feels like I applied lotion. It does have a rose scent to it that I would say is a medium strength. I like that it gives me that scent all throughout the day. However, I don't use it all the time because I don't like smelling rose that much, I do wish they would make a vanilla scent because that I would wear daily. Otherwise, I am happy with this salve.

I love the way it makes my skin feel & my kiddos love the scent. If you enjoy the moisturizing bar from Lush that you rub on wet skin, rinse and pat dry, for me this is very similar to that product. After I pat dry, I rub any excess into my skin, or else it will leave a heavily moisturized, glossy area. My opinion on the scent, I don’t think much about it because it’s subtle, but apparently noticeable, it’s pleasant but not overwhelming, it really depends on your preference. It is an item I don’t want to stop using. I have used it consistently over the past 2 months and it has improved my skin’s appearance - soft and less dull looking -even if I don’t use it that particular day. I do not use any other lotions or moisturizer for my body because I can’t tolerate the scents & don’t like stickiness or how it doesn’t always absorb into the skin. This gives a little luxurious feel without the excess scents, ingredients and hefty price tag like some others. Only thing is -be careful if you put on your feet in the shower, it can be slippery…I usually keep some cleanser and a sponge nearby to wipe down the excess so my husband doesn’t accidentally slip. Again, if you are concerned about price, a little goes a long way, I’m going to say it’s a justifiable expense.
