However, if you are familiar with a few things this is amazing and worth it.*Key points. Mixing, Flavor and Cost.**Side not. Yes it does 'smell' unpleasant. But it tastes good.The mixing. This can take time. Now if you have ever been a kitchen person and know how mixing powdered ingredients into liquid ingredients works, this is easy. If not it may take practice. It is somewhat like your powdered (coffee mate) type creamers. Just a little slower mixing. You need to allow it to sit and slowly dissolve. If mixed improperly you will get clumps. You need to allow the creamer to 'dissolve' before mixing. To fix this you can go to a dollar store or Walmart and get a cheap hand held frother. This will speed up the process. Highly recommend doing so or the clumps most likely will be an issue.The 'flavor'/'sweetness'. I only use 1 scoop a day. My coffee cup is about 2 cups. 1 scoop is a perfect amount. (If my coffee cup was only 1 cup. I would only use a max of half a scoop) As I drink my coffee I slowly top off my cup which also helps with the flavor and sweetness. I also mix my coffee with butter and heavy cream.This is how I do it.* Add butter to cup, fill cup halfway with coffee. I start with 2-3 TBS of butter. (You have to froth the butter until it is well mixed or you will have a layer of melted butter on top.) I then add a little more coffee to cup. Froth a second or two. I then add the Coffee creamer. (Froth good to avoid clumps.) When well mixed I add a touch more coffee. Just enough for about 2-4 TBS of Heavy Cream to be added to your cup. Once Bulletproof creamer is well mixed with coffee and butter, I add Fresh Local Heavy Cream. This combination counteracts the sweetness/flavor and cools the coffee enough to start drinking.** I do HIGHLY recommend a hand held electric Frother. It will speed the process up.This does take time to properly mix. If you are in a 'rush' may be slightly inconvenient. Again if properly mixed it is indeed worth it.Cost! Yikes!! According to coffee pots I make '6 cups'. With my large cup that works just fine for me. Considering that, and I only use 1 scoop of Bulletproof coffee creamer a day. I can justify the cost. It works out that 1- 14.8oz tub of Bulletproof Creamer will last me about 1 month. All at once I cringe at the cost at checkout. *If you have to have your coffee extremely sweet and drink coffee throughout the day, it may not be as cost effective. (Simply depends on your creamer/coffee ratio) as well as your creamer/coffee intake throughout the day.* For me, the bulletproof creamer works out to roughly (rounding evenly) about $1 a day. So to me it is worth it for the benefits of the creamer.Long review I know, I am sorry. I am trying to explain a little bit in regards to the negative reviews while also adding my tips and the selling points that got me.Just as any food product/recipe you need to find your techniques and desired flavors/results. Just as you would when trying a 'new' recipe. You follow directions first time. Then you tweak the recipe and make it your own.I hope this review is helpful for making an educated decision on whether to try or not try this product.

I’ve been using this creamer for over a year now, and I keep coming back to it. I mix it with my collagen powder every morning, and it blends right in no clumps, no weird texture (I do use a frother to blend everything together). It doesn’t add any sweetness, which I prefer, just a nice creamy flavor that makes my coffee feel a little more indulgent.It also helps hold me over until breakfast. I’m not strict keto, but I do try to keep things high-fat/low-carb in the mornings, and this fits perfectly. The container lasts me a decent amount of time too, I only use a scoop or so each day. Definitely a permanent spot on my shelf.

The directions on the label says "1 scoop equals 2 1/2 Tablespoons. So I did one scoop in my coffee mug. Yikes! it was extremely sweet, tasted almost like a milk latte. I couldn't taste my coffee which was a dark roast. The taste was delicious but it was overwhelmingly sweet. I am going to use 1 teaspoon instead. My recommendation is to use less, then taste your beverage, you can always add more to your liking.

The main reason I purchased this product was to have an alternate to my dairy creamer that I have always used. I was looking for something Gluten free to help my recent bloating issue, well.......it hasn't made a difference.I also haven't noticed having any more energy or helping with weight. I have been using the creamer for 3 weeks now.On a positive note, I was happy with the flavor (French Vanilla) however......this is not enough to buy again.I would like to address something that has been mentioned in lots of reviews that I read before buying.I noticed a lot of complaints with it being clumpy and hard to stir up. There is a very simple way to alleviate or at the very worst break it down almost completely.I would imagine most people add creamer AFTER the coffee has been poured (like I used to). If you add the powder BEFORE pouring the coffee, it will not be nearly as clumpy and in my case almost none at all.Another thing that can help with "clumpiness" is if you raise the pot higher than normal when pouring, this will aid in mixing. Should be quite simple when pouring into a mug, a tumbler is a bit more challenging but still very doable.

After having two babies in 3 years I was ready to lose the weight and take my body back. Focus on me without feeding another being off me...and get back to feeling good! I read the Bulletproof Diet and it made perfect sense and seemed easy for my busy lifestyle. So I ordered this, mixed it in my coffee the next day and haven't looked back in a week. I am not hungry until 1pm or 2pm if at all. I am super happy and focused at work. My sleep is fantastic. My mood is stable. Got bloodwork done and it's perfect!It's for a very creamy consistency. I use a small coffee whisk to break through the clumpiness and it becomes a divine Narnia cup of delight. It smells great and is super easy to pop in my coffee and hit the road before work. I don't have to think! I am also losing bloat which is great.

I was transitioning to an intermittent fasting diet and needed to replace my Starbucks Carmel Macchiato super sugar blast creamer.I hate the taste of coffee and don’t need it to get going but started drinking it to start the day because of the health benefits.However I needed buku creamer to make that happen. I did some research and bulletproof sounded like the best option to replace regular creamer and I’m familiar with the name.I rolled the dice and bought the large size French vanilla flavored.Made my first cup this morning by following the directions and I’m impressed.Mixed well , kinda frothy and best of all tastes great. I love it.Now I can have my coffee and be healthier about it. Easily 5 stars.

So disappointed. I usually have stevia in my coffee but I couldn't stomach this. So so sweet with chemical taste, would never guess it is hazelnut flavour!!! I only used half a scoop. Just horrible stuff. Straight into the bin.The carton is only filled 2/3 full.

Will still review Bullet Proof creamer even though I didn't receive this specific flavour.I'd use this creamer any day vs, regular coffee creamers.

Does not make coffee taste better. That was what i wanted. Failed.Also real bad if you have cholesterol issues.Non-returnable. Trust me this not good.
