It is extremly well built it's heavier than a dead horse. I think the quality exceeds most beds I see in hospitals. I am very impressed with all the positioning, comfort and safety features. The bed is good quality and provides the functionality we needed. The matress is not "moderate firmness". It is actually extremely hard. The biggest issue is the shipping and communication from seller. It was over a week late, and considering it was a needed piece of medical equipment, accurate delivery information was crucial. We purchased from this seller based on the delivery date. This caused a huge problem. The seller was not very eager to help with updates. Just empty promise after empty promise. When Pilot Freight became aware of the issue, they were far more willing to reach out with updates than the seller. The seller lied to me. After it was several days late, the seller promised me they had spoken to the carrier and it was guaranteed to be delivered 5 days ago (which was already well past the latest promise date). I questioned the "promise" because the carrier had just told me that morning it was on it was on it's way to Ohio from Georgia. So no way was it going to be in South Carolina that same day. And of course when I questioned the information, the seller stopped communicating with me at all. Just awful customer service. Long story short good quality bed, hard mattress and terrible experience from the seller!

La verdad pensé por el precio que no era tan buena, pero sin palabras, solo una sugerencia, el colchón demasiado duro ,debería de estar algo más suave tube que comprar uno de 2 pulgadas para encima que fuera suave ,por lo demás muy buena

The Bed is great with noiseless hydraulic lifts and plenty of room for a 6' 1" man. The control constantly slides off the bed and the hooks for the catheter are too far in to be of use. I've scratched my hand on them many times so I don' t use them. Nevertheless, the patient is comfortable and the bed deserves a 4 out of 5. The price was great. The transport was a horror story, I paid $500 for it to be delivered early and it came late. The seller's customer service was not responsive and Bolo had to back me on a refund. They did not deliver to the door and wanted more money for this! If you are in an apartment check the size of your elevator. The bed does not fold and requires 2 men with a dolly to transport it by tilting it in a standard elevator. Same problem to get it in the apartment.
