I’m a bit of a matcha snob and you never know what you’re going to get at a $20 price point. But this is one of the highest quality matchas I’ve ever tried in this price range. It’s delicious, bright green, smooth, and isn’t too bitter or too sweet. I will definitely be buying again.

I have been consistently purchasing this item via subscribe & save for over a year, but this last order I noticed that the color was muted and dull and the taste very off. I saw a review here where a consumer shared that their product was expired which prompted me to check and sure enough they put an updated best by date a year into the future that concealed a sticker that had clearly expired. Unfortunately I cancelled my subscription and won’t purchase again and cannot recommend this item.

Tastes great, BUT why is it sooooo hard to open?! Am I the only one that can’t just easily open it?

This is my go to matcha, is good, very good quality and good price it doesn’t last me even 5 days cause I drink it so much love it! I am more of a coffee drinker but this makes me drink more matcha than coffee is just less acidic on the stomach and doesn’t make you crash after drinking or jittery so the energy level is smooth. Also the perfect green.

i have tried this for a few days now and i am not impressed.it has a bitter taste and has very umami undertones. specifically, it tasted a bit like seaweed to me.not flavor profiles i personally enjoy in a matcha

It's a good beginner matcha powder. 2 tsp gives a mild taste. Unfortunately, it did make me feel tired. I was expecting more energy comparable to drinking caffeine from green tea. I don't have a traditional whisk but my matcha came out grainy after using an electric frother.

The matcha mixes smoothly and is not gritty. I often use it to make a matcha latte with oat milk in the heated frother I purchased from Bolo as well.
