Finally, a lip liner that acts like a stain and stays on. It took coconut oil or an oil based remover for it to come off my hand completely when I was testing. Love!!! And for pale skin, finally good color selection not all orange-based. Love the color “Line Leader”.

This formula is so good! Blends very well and is super creamy. I have it paired with the maybelline lifter gloss in the picture and it’s a perfect combo. I think it’s a great value for the money.

I bought Fine Line looking for a mauve color and got a deep gray taupe-ish mulberry out of it. Very gothic. I can’t use this. I have to return it for something lighter.Pencil is insanely soft. The tip broke off just from removing the cap (I took that tip and used a lip brush on a palette to still use it). The formula is great though. It’s self setting (hence the resin pencil vs a wooden one that circulates air) & transfer proof. I had to rub like crazy with soap and water to clean my lips & lip brush but I couldn’t get it off my makeup palette without scratching it with my nails. It set itself on my makeup palette & refused to come off without an oil cleanser. Definitely use this instead of matte lipsticks if you’re lucky enough to get your perfect color.I did take a star off because the colors are very deceiving and it’s too soft & it has a very limited color range. I was hoping for a dupe for Urban Decay lip liners which double as a long lasting full lip color but this one has a very limited color selection & much softer. Plus the colors set much darker. Use with a *very* light hand.For reference, I’m a light-med olive skin tone. I wish I got to take the picture in natural daylight but I got the package late & I’m not testing this out a 2nd time.

Great color - my opinion, this color is a beautiful neutral that can match many skin tones. The pencil glides on smooth. After eating and drinking you do need to reapply. I recommend this lip liner Maybelline brand in any color you love

I saw this lipliner on buzzfeed under "great drugstore cosmetics for under $10" or something like that. It is really great. It is soft enough so that you can get a thick or thin outline depending on how hard you push. You can use it to fill in on your lips and it leave a nice, long-lasting matte finish. Only possible drawback: you have to sharpen often so I can see that it is going to go faster than the other lipliners I have tried. But it's cheap, and good, so it's worth it. Great colors.

I love this lifter liner lip liner pencil. It is so soft. It can be applied to easily, it lasts a long time and it doesn't smudge or transfer! I am going to buy it in every color! So far I have the “on it” color! Wonderful! I have received so many compliments! To be paired with the lifter liner lipstick in moon!

I've gotten so many makeup products over the years from luxury brands but I can honestly say that Maybelline, been a drugstore affordable brand, never disappoints!! This lip liner is superr rich in color and smooth. Love it!
1.0 out of 5 stars So damn soft that tip constantly crumbles off with every use! THE WORST
The tip on this liner is so incredibly soft that it constantly crumbles and falls apart after a single attempted application. I had to waste sharpening it several times just to get one solid overall coat on my lips. and I can't keep a nice sharp point to the liner pencil either due to the same reasons, so my lines end up being heavier and thicker than I'd like. This thing is really a waste of money.
Such a good liner
I have bought this liner in 3 different colours because of how good it is. Super creamy wooden pencil that is easy to sharpen and long lasting. Comes in a lot of really pretty, wearable shades. Line leader is the perfect pink (shown in picture). Not too warm and orangey, which I hate! I highly recommend these liners, they are by far the best you can get at the drug store.

Amazing lipliner
I love almost everything about this lipliner. The way it goes on, so smooth, the pigment is so rich, it lasts for a very long time, even longer if you set it with some translucent powder. The one and only bad thing I can say is, due to the creamy nature, sharpening it is risky. The first time I sharpened it, the nib broke right off. Second time, I was really slow and gentle and it was ok but I wasn’t able to sharpen it to a precise tip. So, just be careful when sharpening.
AMAZING Hyaluronic Acid Product!
Incredible product! It’s the best lip liner I ever used on my dry 62-year old lips. Clearly the Hyaluronic Acid makes an amazing difference when compared to run-of-the Mill lip liners. It Even out-performs my luxury Lipstick Queen products! It’s sold out everywhere I go so I plan to order more colors when Bolo re-stocks it’s supply.
A true dark brown drugstore lipliner
It is a very nice dark brown if you have dark skin this will be perfect
