If you do use this then you will definitely need a hair conditioner afterwards. No bar conditioner but bottle conditioner. I rotate this rice bar with bottle shampoo every other day when I do wash my hair. It isn't harsh enough to strip hair coloring out of your hair. But it will be streaky clean. If you do have hair, build up from using the soap bar, then it is probably best to just rotate between the soap bar and bottled shampoo and conditioner.

I’m never going back to liquid shampoo!Ever since I bought this shampoo bar, I completely stopped using traditional liquid shampoos. It smells good.It definitely changes your hair when you first use it. I have to use a conditioner. I’ve used it for about a month. I’m giving it more time. But I feel like I have to wash my hair more frequently. I’m interested to see how long it will last. Makes my hair feel clean but the first few washes my hair looked fuzzy.

I haven't used it. But not satisfied with ingredients. In the front of box it says Rice Water Shampoo Bar but when you read ingredients in the back , it has no Rice in it...Sodium Cocoyl, Apple Amino Acid, Castor Oil, Olive Oil, Oryza Bran Water, Biotin, Folic Acid, Ginseng Root and Tocopherol. Not worth the price if it doesn't contain any Rice. Going back to the other brand I've been using
