ORIGINAL REVIEW: I really wanted to like this unit. It’s compact and looks nice enough; however, it doesn’t put out much more fragrance than the smaller units do, and the little fan inside it isn’t exactly quiet. You definitely know when it’s running. It sounds like someone left water running somewhere in the house. This item was not cheap so I am very disappointed.UPDATE: Seller saw my initial review and contacted me directly, offering to make things right. It's rare to have such good customer service these days, so I changed the rating to a 5-star. You can be certain that this seller will take care of you!

Definitely not worth the money. I have a 10 x 10 room, have the diffuser on strong and you can hardly smell it. I would find something different. Don’t waste your money.

Have tried everthing people have suggested on Youtube to no avail. Won't pair with my wifi so have no benefits of the diffuser. Sad!

I was looking at purchasing a few of the original Puras to scatter around my main floor when I happen to see this on its launch day (great timing!). I decided to get this because I'd rather have one device compared to multiple to fill and manage and I'm loving it! It really does fill my main level nicely, and I can do that even on medium intensity. The unit itself is compact and sleek that I don't mind it sitting out. The plug in cord was long making it easy to find a spot and getting it set up and connected was a breeze. I'm so glad they made a larger unit to cover bigger spaces. The only thing to note is that there is a small sound- like a quiet "whooshing" from the fan pushing out the scent but unless I'm right near it I can't hear it. But overall I'd highly recommend it and am glad I bought this! Also, for future buyers, please note that unless you buy the bundle, it DOES NOT come with fragrance, and you have to purchase those separately. I saw another person knock off stars for this but it is not intended to come with the scent unless you buy a bundle.

I have used the Pura 3 devices for years and was excited when this large space device was released. After using for just a few days, the sound of the fan increased dramatically (I thought the neighbor was mowing the lawn) signaling it was not working properly. The sound is too much for me. I am returning. Also, when I scanned my fragrance vials, I was magically enrolled in a subscription for one of them - I already had a subscription and didn’t want another (but was charged almost $6 for shipping of one vial on a recurring monthly basis). After contacting Pura, they said “just unsubscribe” without indicating how I subscribed in the first place. To top it off, adding this device caused all my existing Pura devices to go off line and forced me to reinstall them.

Works pretty good. Wish the prices were just a little bit better. Pretty expensive but have to admit, the fragrances are really good.

Nowhere does it specify that the Pura Plus Smart Fragrance Diffuser can only be used with specific fragrance bottles. As such it is useless.
