The plastic quality is not hard, I can still squeeze it a little which is okay. The lid is secure. There is a slot for the spoon. I like the design, feels like the store bought disposable ones but these are reusable. The dome cap keeps the dry ingredient separated. I can use the cup to pack yogurt and granola to make yogurt parfait or I can pack fruits with juice or jello. Great design. Every component cap, lid are easy to wash. Good size portion and easy to use.

These are perfect for prepping breakfast. The top dome compartment holds 1/2 c of berries perfectly! The bottom portion is plenty big for my 3/4 c yogurt plus the berries when combined in the morning. I’ve had no issues with the juices from the berries leaking. The plastic is thick and sturdy. I love that they come with a coordinating spoon and there’s a slot to on the lid to keep the spoon attached. I believe these will last a long time and I would absolutely recommend these to others looking to meal prep!
