After years of trying to find a well made knee brace, I found one sub 100.00. I bought this one, and the one NEENCA makes without the X strap. Both feel well made, and are fairly comfortable. I've had both of them for about 3 weeks now, and after the first few days, have gotten used to them and how to adjust for me. My right knee is the worst of both, so the X strap gets worn on that one, sans X strap is on left knee. Both braces hold position well, with very few readjustments for slipping having to be made. I'm on my feet and moving around all day at work, so not having to stop to re-fasten and adjust every time I turn around is welcome. The only real issue I have now is the amount of heat they retain, granted it is summer weather so that is a factor to consider. They work well, won't break the bank, and I'd recommend these (with or without the X strap). I really hope they hold up for a long time.

i can't remember the last time I found a knee brace which fit and felt good. I'm about 290 right now so my legs and knee is big. The XXXL fit me perfect though. highly recommend.

If you are post surgery and your muscles are gone, order the size recommended for your healthy and normal size leg. Possibly order the next larger size as well, because your PT efforts should eventually help you grow your muscles back to normal size. Then you’ll need the bigger size. These do run small, but there are multiple adjustments. This is NOT an athletic injury level product, just for rehab and light exercise. If you need injury protection, just spend the money at your Ortho office and get what you need. Overall I am impressed with the quality, comfort and value of this product, given the info above.

Well made and provides support but not as comfortable as the Omples. I bought both at the same time and the less expensive brace wins.

It's a tight fit like a compression sleeve and once on and in place it feels really good. The hinged sides do not lock, they are as they say...hinged support. I saw this item was returned often but I am pleased to say I will be keeping mine as I am satisfied with this brace overall. I like the fact that the back of knee brace is like a sleeve and not open like alot of others and it doesn't hurt the back of my knee like my other braces have.

I love knee brace so far, it’s very helpful. I sized up after reading reviews and I’m glad I did. It fits great and is adjustable. I wore it to a Creed concert last night and it did not let me know. I recommend you buying this product if you need a good hinged knee brace and it comes in plus sizes.

After years of trying to find a well made knee brace, I found one sub 100.00. I bought this one, and the one NEENCA makes without the X strap. Both feel well made, and are fairly comfortable. I've had both of them for about 3 weeks now, and after the first few days, have gotten used to them and how to adjust for me. My right knee is the worst of both, so the X strap gets worn on that one, sans X strap is on left knee. Both braces hold position well, with very few readjustments for slipping having to be made. I'm on my feet and moving around all day at work, so not having to stop to re-fasten and adjust every time I turn around is welcome. The only real issue I have now is the amount of heat they retain, granted it is summer weather so that is a factor to consider.
