She will be seven and love soccer. I was impressed with the thickness of the mat and the holster for the ball. It’s going to make the perfect birthday gift.

The speed mat is fine. It's as expected and comes with a few drills on paper. Review would be a 5 if not for the elastic band attachment for a soccer ball. It took less than 5 minutes for the attach point on the ball to fail. If you're like me, you're not buying this for the elastic band. However, buyers should be aware.

My three sons, 15, 13 and 11, are all soccer players and use this as part of their training. The small size is great for them to use anywhere in the house and also promotes ball control in tight spaces.

Decent for the money for sure. I should have grabbed the bigger one for my kids 12 and 10 they have issues controlling at this tight of space. However I encourage a tight foot work workout like this so definitely recommend.
