I previously purchased a more expensive name brand and returned it because I just wasn't satisfied for the amount of money I paid for it. This die cutter is not cheaply built. The handle makes it easy to move from room to room. My plates didn't damage as quickly as others I have. The rollers easily glide your materials through. I especially love that its electric and my arm can get a rest. I highly recommend that you give it a try if you're looking for die cut machine at a reasonable price.

I use this to make cards and go have been very pleased with the results. My one complaint is that I have only had this a few weeks and already the magnetic sheet is torn, and I have to replace it. I had not expected that and am disappointed.

I was excited to get this machine. But when I used it, it cut through the magnetic sheet the first time and the next time I left impressions and then I tried it again. I used according to directions, and it cut through the magnetic sheet. Was very disappointed because it was a machine that I was able to take with me to scrapbooking crops.

Bought a different, more expensive brand originally and the "sandwich" was hit or miss for a smooth process. It finally got so stuck, we literally could not remove and were dismally disappointed in the customer support. Ended up returning it and bought this and so far, it's operations have been smooth and seamless. Does a beautiful job on intricate cuts. I should also mention that for $100 less, they included much better and more plentiful plates, die cuts, and embossing folders.

It does okay-ish with dies, but I just tried an embossing folder for the first time, using the mats as directed, but the whole thing is stuck mid cycle. How do I get it out of there?
