It has only been two weeks and I’ve taken it daily. The first couple of times I took the daily 2 caplets, I felt pretty relaxed at the end of the day.Mental clarity and focus: I’m still waiting to see the full potential of the product, although I don’t feel as much mental fogginess. We’ll see in the next 2-4 weeks as the website claims a total of 4-6weeks for the product to work with consistent use.

Freshcap Sleep is one of the best sleep support supplements Ive tried. I've been taking it for over a month and it has increased the quality and duration of my sleep. I rest without nearly as many interruptions and I wake up feeling rested. I used to take dyphenhydramine or melatonin every night, but after awhile it does nothing. This supplement works much better for me for sleep than any other I've tried.
