I ordered this product for my master bathroom I am remodeling. It arrived quickly and had everything necessary for the installation. I’ve used Schluter products before and this by Vevor is every bit as good at a third of the price. It was easy to install and the instructions were detailed. I opted to go with go board walls rather than cover with the provided material for the walls by Vevor but it is 100% waterproof and will hold water if you put it on and let it sit without any leakage. I installed the shower base, checked that it had enough slope to drain by code (1/4” per foot), which it did. I also checked the provided curb to verify it had a slope to it to drain water back into the wet shower area, which it did as well. I trimmed some of the base to make it fit my area with a utility knife and I cut the shower curb with my miter saw. I used liquid nails - fuse it for all seams where the goboard met the Vevor shower base, and I used the provided Vevor corners as well. After everything was dry for a day, I plugged the drain and filled it with water, marked my walls, and let it sit for 30 hours. No leakage at all. Water remained at the exact level where it started and this is without thinset, tile, grout, etc. After the water test I felt confident with going forward and tiling it all in. I will be purchasing more of these for more remodels on the future.

Don’t pay for Schluter - you’re paying 2x for a warranty that they'll weasel out of paying if you ever need it. This is very similar product for significantly less. I Have done 4 showers with this and they’ve all worked great. Shower base is faster, flatter and ultimately much cheaper than poured pans, too

Let's not kid ourselves, at 1/3rd the cost of well known waterproofing brand, this is good, but not the same. Bought Kerdi corners at big box store because I needed extras for my shower configuration. There is a world of difference. Vevor is more like a fabric than the much stiffer Kerdi. The Vevor did not install as easily because they lack the stiffness and I had issues with wrinkles and movement despite using 2 plastic spreaders and dry wall knives. Also the Vevor is not the same EPS as Kerdi. I did not need the entire shower system and used only the pan and corners. I used GoBoard which is a really easy inexpensive method to waterproof a shower. I believe putting that fabric on the walls would have been frustrating. Do I regret the purchase - No. I think that this is going to work just fine. Install was just not as easy as it could have been. Water test is coming tomorrow.BTW: I've remodeled more than a dozen bathrooms and installed at least 6 showers. though not a professional I've done 6 showers with no issues. Used Vevor because of budget limitations on the remodel.

Do not buy the Vevor shower system. Spend the extra and go with Kerdi or Prova kits. I purchased this to see if the quality was there compared to the other waterproofing systems. Let me tell you, it is not. When I opened my kit I was disappointed to see the membrane was peeling off the base and the curb. I tested the membrane they sent with a little bit of water, and it soaked right thru, wetting the back. Also, they say the pan is pre-sloped. It is not sloped enough for proper drainage. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Not sloped enough for water drainage, water is pooling up away from flange. Not bad for the price but definitely not for professional installation. Customer will not be happy
