I like bulk, affordable appreciation gifts. This one is natural and nice while being great for any staff member or employee. I tried the pen and when I first tried it, it looked like there was extra pen on the page and it smudged which I do not like. When I continued to write it seemed fine. I hope this does not happen for all the pens. One thing that was a disappointment that the pictures have but the product does not is a hole punch to attach the pen to. It come as a solid bookmark look and if you want to attach the pen to it you will need to punch the hole yourself, which is not my preference. Now that I am thinking about it maybe pass the pen out as a gift and use the book mark as a separate gift or attach to a gift card or something else and get 60 gift out of it. Ideas Ideas.
