Alas, this works great, is a great value, and feels comparable to the one that comes with the scooter itself. Very happy, no complaints.

Despite what the product page states, the item received is merely the battery pack - and it is lacking the cable that plugs into a wall outlet, which is an absolutely-necessary for this to even function. It also does not actually include the converter, also supposedly part of the purchase, as the product page describes. Do not buy this because you are literally not going to get what you paid for.

I wanted a charger to have at work, and this one works great. It does not get too hot when charging and the indicator light turns green when finished. One star off for the fact that I have to use an included adapter for my scooter, which will be easy to lose. I will likely heat-shrink it to the end of the cord. It makes the connector oddly long to stick out of the charger port. It would have been better if the adapter had been right-angled instead of straight through.

A good charger. I use it with my GXL V2 and it charges it up fine. It does get hot to the touch but no issues so far. I do like the light on it which says when it is done.

This is a lot cheaper than paying for a brand name charger to do the exact same thing as this one does, at a lower cost!It works perfectly on our Jet*on scooters, and seems to charge just as fast as the original charger did. Works as expected to charge my Jetson Bolt E-Bike - just like the OEM charger.
5.0 out of 5 stars Works great for any 36V scooter/Ebike
I have 2 ebikes and 2 scooters that all have 36V lithium batteries and this works well on all of them (to be clear, even though these batteries "say" 36V, that is when they are about 50% charged and are technically 42V when fully charged, so this is the right charger for a 36V battery if there was any confusion). It should be pointed out, since this is advertised for GOTRAX, that at least MY GOTRAX uses a 1.5A charger, which works out to about 60W. This one is 2A which works out to about 80W. This charger will charge more quickly, but also might be hard on some of those smaller GOTRAX batteries like the one in my GXL V2. My two bikes have much bigger batteries, though, and this charger works great on them as well.

I wanted a charger to have at work, and this one works great. It does not get too hot when charging and the indicator light turns green when finished.
