Average pump flow, so far no leaks, just occasional drip from faucet til it clears the pressure after use. Pump is noisy like they all are. It's decently tall so there's clearance to fill a pan, water bottle, or other bigger things. Power button is responsive with no delay to pumping water when pressed.

This is the perfect dispenser for me. I was looking for a solution that would allow me to dispense alkaline water from my 5-gallon water jugs in the upright position. This dispenser fits over the nozzle of my water jug and dispenses powerfully. The charge lasts for a long time. I rarely have to charge it. I love that I can simply push a button on and off to get fresh, room-temperature alkaline water from my upright water jugs.

I love this water dispenser! Teaching in an Early Childhood Center is like being in a petri dish, I do not want to drink from the water fountain! No more lugging water from home in my already heavy tote. Been using this since February with a 5 gallon bottle, still on the first charge and the bottle emptied just this week. The battery indicator still reads that it doesn't need a charge. To install it, I cut a hole in bottle top so that it created a more stable seal between the pump and bottle, without the bottle top on it only sits on top of the bottle neck. It sits under my desk and I didn't want a little kiddo or me knocking it off with the top loose. Cutting the hole and using the original bottle top is a personal preference, it works without that step. It also pumps really quickly, there's no delay when pushing the button before the water comes out and it stops quickly as well. I have not seen any drips from the faucet part. Other teachers in the building have bought one now!

Works well fits my 5 gallon jug I have. However I wish I read more about this product, as to it only dispenses the water it doesn’t cool or make water cold. So only room water temp is dispensed.

Upsate again: Company has great customer service and promptly took care of the issue.Will take this into consideration in making future purchases. Update: I've changed my review from 5 stars to 1 star. The pump worked great at first, but six weeks after I purchased it, it broke. The tiny usb connection piece fell into the plastic casing of the pump. Two weeks after my return window expired. I've reached out to the seller to see if they would replace the pump before I changed my review, but as of today no response. I did like the design of the pump but very disappointed in the short lifespan.The pump works great on this product, charging is fast, there is no leakage and no added taste to the water from the bottle. I like how the water is dispensed straight down and not at an angle like other water bottle pumps. Just what I was looking for at an affordable price.
