My heating element after all these years is covered in the build up therefore my dishes don't really dry because it doesn't heat up enough to dry them. I used this item for the first time and after only one use you could see on the heating element that it was starting to remove some of the buildup. The heating element is kind of dusty looking light grey. After using this only one time you can see that the element has places on it that are actually darker (like it should be) and I think that after several uses of this I will get more of the film off of it.

These lemon-scented dishwasher tablets work really well! After using one, my dishwasher looked noticeably cleaner and had a nice fresh scent. The inside was shiny and free of buildup. I recommend using one at least once a month to keep your machine running and smelling fresh. Great little maintenance product!

I moved into an apartment and was having trouble getting dishes clean. It came to the point I was washing everything by hand. Came across this product, used it once, and everything coming out sparkling. Will definitely repeat monthly per recommendation.

This cleaned my dishwasher and got rid of the musty smell. The pressure from so many bubbles did cause my dishwasher to leak a little bit but everything dried and nothing is leaking now. Highly recommend this!

Product does work to a degree, but not like the package says. Product was supposed to clean even the food trap...it did not. I will see if repeated used improves the situation. The stainless interior is spotless, but there is still food odor by day 2 which is what I am trying to eliminate. Yes, I do rinse & scrape the dishes and I run the machine every other day as there are only 2 of us.

I have really really yucky well water -- soft but a bit slippery and leaves a lot of gross residue. We've tried multiple fixes and resigned ourselves to a lifetime of Culligan bottled water in most situations. A few months ago, I tried Bastion toilet reservoir cleaner (for that back tank) on a toilet we never use. That back tank was slimey and ugly, the toilet wouldn't fill properly, guests who would use that bathroom were on the way and I was thinking I'd need a plumber. WOWZA was I shocked at how completely one Bastion toilet tank cleaner worked.... Impressed enough that I did a little more research into what other products they made. Now to the dishwasher cleaner specifically: We musta done something, cause the dishwasher LOOKED clean (stainless inside) but the smell was horrible when opening it after the steam dry. We researched.... did several things and the best was baking soda with vinegar (which worked fairly well). Today I tried the Bastion. REMARKABLE! Really really really. On to try their coffee pot cleaner on my sacred pot!

The tabs work well the dishwasher a clean scent from the greasy smell that it before. Cannot beat the price for the product ether I have used other cleaners in the past 1 time usage, where this is a one year supply twice a month .
