I got these to help my baby when she was having a hard time pooping. She eats then no problem and we have had success with her pooping after eating one.

My child likes the flavor, so that is a plus. My child started getting constipated when we started solids, as most kids do, so we make sure to give him a prune pouch at least once a week to make sure he poops regularly.

Normally we would buy our daughter the prune pouches and this worked just as well. She has some issues being able to go to the bathroom, so we started back up with pouches and she is doing great. She is 3, and this has been an on and off issue for a year. I would for sure buy these again.

I wish I knew about the heavy metals lawsuit before purchasing this. Horrible company policies and food is laden with lead and other toxins. Don't feed this to your child!
