I have incontinence from spinal stenosis, so when I get an urge, sometimes it is hard to hold it until I get to the bathroom. I am also tired of itching from the plastic areas of a pad. These pads work! They are better than any other product I have used. I have not itched from these at all! I am glad that my search is over and I don't have to waste any more money on trying different pads.

I must admit that I was tentative about ordering Carefree Overnight Ultra-Thin w/ Wings as I had been using Stayfree for years and was very pleased with Stayfree. But I had to do something as Stayfree was no longer available. I am so, so happy with these new Carefree pads. I can truthfully report that the amount of absorption and the leak-proof factor are so improved over Stayfree. I also noticed that an ongoing rash/irritation with Stayfree is completely gone with the Carefree pads. I have no clue why any of these factors exist; but they certainly true for me.

I’ve been a loyal user of Stayfree pads for years and absolutely love them. Unfortunately, I only received 2 packs instead of the 3 that were advertised. I had to reach out to customer service and was issued a partial refund. Dropping one star for the inconvenience.

I was so sad when my favorite pad and only one that worked disappeared from shelves. I learned Carefree bought the rights. I was skeptical at first but these are the same pads Stayfree used to make. Yahoo! Don’t hesitate to buy. They work and are awesome!

Alternative to Stayfree XL pads
I used to use the Stayfree XL Night pads since I tend to have heavy bleeding, but I think they’ve been discontinued. This new version seems to be exactly the same , just a different name and packaging. It works perfectly for me. The BEST and won’t be changing to any other pads!!
