We take it on the trail in the evenings which has lot of steeps and inclines and the bike is powerful enough to handle them.The range is unbelievable, we went on a 8 mile trail with me biking and my son riding on his bike and the battery is still at 50%. We make sure to charge the bike overnight to charge it to 100% for max range. My kid easily got adopted to throttle and learned how to control speed and with disk brakes, it is quick to stop.Installation is a breeze and It took us less than 15 mins to put the bike together. Overall its a powerful bike which is fun to ride for kids and being compact, it is easy to carry around in suv or minivan.

Absolutely horrible. I bought this bike for my very excited 4 year old son for his birthday. We decided to give it to him before his big day because he was so excited and asking everyday for an electric bike like his big brother. It worked for one afternoon for riding. Just stopped working and started beeping with no acceleration. Bolo made us pack the bike which was a terrible process of my son crying watching us take his bike apart and stuff it back in the box. It’s taken well over a week for the return center to receive it. Now it’s just waiting to be checked. We are out $400 and my kids birthday is tomorrow and he doesn’t have the ONE thing he asked for. And I per reviews I shouldn’t have gotten this back but it’s literally the only 14’ electric bike that looks like the larger adult ones on the market. Go Trax and Bolo have ruined my son’s 4th birthday.

We got this electric bike for our 9-year-old son and he’s loving it. May grow out of it fast as he's tall. It was really easy to put together, the instructions were clear, and it was ready to ride in no time. The bike looks great and feels sturdy, and the adjustable seat is a nice bonus.Our son has been riding it around the neighborhood with a big smile on his face. The speed is perfect, fun but still safe. Overall I'm happy.

I bought this for my newphew for his birthday and he loves it. It’s a very smoothe ride and he got use to it very quickly as well. I say smoothe because I took a quick spin myself and it got me wanting the adult version of this. 😂. The assembly was very quick for me. I did it in less than an hour.

My kids are absolutely in love with this bike. It so easy to use and I love that its electric and super quiet. I highly recommend getting it for your kids. Its super comfortable, amazing quality, and just the right amount of speed. Def worth the price!

Do not buy this cannot get parts showing out of stock for throttle and controller.6/14/2025 Update Gotrax contacted by email had me ship the bike back to them. gotthe replacement bike today thank you Gotrax. I hope parts will be available now.

I never write reviews but with the amount of money they got me for I must now. I bought this bike for my grandson Christmas gift and it didn’t last 3months. The warranty is over from Bolo and GOTRAX customer service and troubleshooting is email only. I’ve been going back and forth to only get a repair part which is all they offered. I been waiting for about 3 weeks now and have gotten nothing.Bolo shouldn’t even do business with GOTRAX

While one of my sons had an accident which resulted in surgery on his finger because of the disc brakes. The bikes have been amazing otherwise. We encountered a problem with one where the wires from the throttle got pinched inside the frame somehow and the bike would just beep when turned on. When I contacted the company Kilo from gotrax support team was super helpful. After my husband was able to diagnose the problem with the wires, Kilo was able to get me the parts needed to fix the bike super fast! I would still like to see some sort of cover for the brakes as we made our own. But aside from that my boys love their bikes, the batteries last a really long time which is sweet, and the customer service is really amazing.

Bike worked for 2 rides. The start button stopped working. Figured I’d contact the company to get it fixed, replaced or get a refund but it’s been nothing but back and forth emails without a solution. Now too late to get a refund on Bolo. Save ur money don’t waste it on this bike

Bike worked great until it didn't work at all. My kid ride it maybe 20 times. They have since sent out a part to repair the bike but Canada Post has my package hostage.
