Sabemos que está recibiendo los nutrientes esenciales como el ácido fólico, y ella se ha sentido con más energía. Son una excelente opción para empezar el proceso con el pie derecho.

Doesn’t upset my stomach , makes me feel good and energized. The pills are not that big but big , you can take them at ease don’t over do it. I don’t know how effective they are just yet I’m try for my first . And you have all your vitamins you need in this . So hopefully it works for me .

Son fáciles de tomar, hasta el momento no he sentido ningún efecto adverso, me ayudan con mi apetito. Han mejorado mi piel, cabello y uñas. Las recomiendo. Trato de preparar mi cuerpo para un futuro embarazo sano. Todo bien por ahora.

This seems to have the necessary nutrition but it made me so sick. I even tried cutting the pills and taking them throughout the day. That still made me ill enough where I couldn’t eat.

5/6/2025: I promised an update. I had a total of three of these pills. I am pregnant. I can't entirely say that it was these pills alone, because I got the LH strips to see when the height of my ovulation was -- and stayed in tune with my body and it just felt like the time to do it was shortly after. I'll put a video review up in the next week of the things I used, so you know I am not fibbing. I wish you all the best of luck!4/18/2025: Bought them because of one review specifically stating they took two and wa-bam they got pregnant. My ovulation is coming up in a couple of days -- so I'll let you all know in two weeks if it works some magic! And yes, I promise to follow up. *(Girl) Scouts Honor" I did rate them as a four, because these babies are hard to swallow for a little mouth like mine. I had to cut them in half and still they are hard to swallow.- Teresa

I had gotten my hormonal removed in July 2024, after having nonstop BC since 2018. I figured it would take me a while to conceive since my body hadn’t matured naturally without BC. I took this religiously, while my partner took the 1 a day men’s prenatal planning. We used fertility lube as well as tracked my ovulation cycle, but I’m happy to say we conceived first try, due April 2025! This obviously has many things that helped us conceive, but this personally I feel was critical. My OB recommended I take this and it worked. I will say I felt sick taking it, so as I sat down for dinner I took the pill, then ate. I tried taking after dinner and I got nauseous, so taking before eating as I take my first bite was beneficial

Don’t try this if you’re not ready for pregnancy cos it worked for me. Just 2 pills during ovulation and I’m pregnant now
