Texture is basically that of infused sugar crystals, no coloring. Flavor is so good, so the taste actually gets to be a bonus! Tbh I’m on the fence about these. The taste is quite nice, they’re convenient, and dissolve well in your mouth — but I haven’t noticed much of a benefit or difference by using them. And, for the price per serving, I want more NOTICEABLE benefit, not to be questioning whether it’s doing anything or not. Maybe it’s just me - lots of people do seem to like these, but my POV is not worth the price for the potential or perceived benefit.

The primary ingredient is inulin, which is a prebiotic. The taste is fine, maybe a slightly starchy but it dissolves quickly. It’s just a powder that you put in your mouth. It maybe is a little bloating/gassy. Note that this isn’t a food, it’s intended to help support beneficial bacteria. You can chase it down with cold water after. It comes with 30 packets. The “29 ct” in the listing is incorrect. The packets are small, waterproof, and travel friend.

Boka Well seems like a good brand that is committed to wellness and clean ingredients. I am particular about what supplements I use and Boka checked all the boxes for me with no artificial flavorings or preservaties and the use of organic xylitol.I was expecting a powder and was surprised when the contents felt more like crystals on my tongue - like large salt or sugar crystals. After my initial surprise, I realized I liked it, and the flavor grew on me. My daughter was not a fan of the flavor, but I find it nice and light.I do like the convenience of the individual serving size packs that are easy to throw in a lunchbox, purse, or car. No messy measruing cups or mixing of powders, which is great!
