I was doing soo much research on which Whey protein to use in order for me to gain muscle and help with muscle recovery after my long workouts at the gym. I came across this and a few others but I wanted to give this a chance. I bought the flavor Strawberry banana and let me say it did not disappoint AT ALL. It was delicious very smooth and blended really well with my Oat Milk. I also added some banana and frozen strawberries to enhance the flavor some more and it was creamy and smooth.

I love coffee, so I like the coffee flavor. I use it to get the protein I need when dieting. Or to replace a meal once or twice a day. Or to get sufficient protein when my food that day was not high enough in protein. It mixes well with water, tastes good, and doesn't bother my stomach. I had bought vanilla ice cream flavor because it was cheaper but didn't like that as much.With protein it's best to go with a popular brand. I tried a hemp vegan protein brand once and it messed up my gut something fierce. So I don't even bother with those veggie-based kinds anymore.This brand works well. Just wish it wasn't so expensive. Protein mixes have doubled in price since I started buying them.

DId a lot of research to find the best protein powder. I was having trouble getting enough protein in my diet and sometimes just didn't have enough time to cook proper meals. I add this to my coffee every morning and in the evening if I need to, I add it to hot water. The taste is good - you have to play around with the amount. If you aren't going to use a big glass, you may need to put a little less then the full scoop as it is pretty thick in just water. I have friends who add it to milk or yogurt.

Was looking for a protien powder flavor other than the usual chocolate or vanilla and stumbled upon this flavor. Really good flavor profile. Tastes like an actual Cinnamon bun, just without the sweet topping. Mixes (in my opinion) better than other powders, no lumps.

Protein per serving is adequate as most protein powder, which is 25 grams. I use a Ninja blender so it mixes well. If you do not likely you will find some clumps but it's not a big deal. It tastes good compared to other brands that I have tried. It's something that I will continue to consume.

Will never buy another protein supplement from anywhere else. Fastest delivery I have ever had. Literally got here in under 24 hours when I clicked 'order'. I bought rocky road and I have to say it was a great choice. I always bought strawberry which was ok, but tasted very watery. However Rocky road just tastes like a milkshake with 180ml of cold water. It mixes amazing, no gritty like texture when you're reaching the end of your shake, even when I mixed 5mg of creatine with it. So overall a very pleasant experience ordering from this company.
