Not well made. I made sousage today the grinder had hard time grinding it hour at first i didn’t put it together correctly but I did so not very good blade and the wholes circle thing. I also tried to slice and shred the attachment is made out of thin plastic it don’t seems as it will last long slicer attachment makes slices so thin I had no use for it. You might like it thin as paper but I don’t like I said have use for such. Shredding on bigger eyes did fine but the smaller one. Did not seem to catch enough of carrot. Also while you use this attachment be prepared for a skwicky noise seemed like it was going to fly out of the attachment or get hooked on something. I am going to return this. The attachment for stuffing sousage was really what I needed but i bought thi so I could have it just for that purpose of making meats. Not really worth it. Should have just buy the stuffing attachment

This piece was less expensive than the Cuisinart brand, and it is holding up well. Easy to assemble and take back apart. Fit my Cuisinart mixmaster perfectly. Have used it weekly to grind up 20 pounds of pork to make dog food. (don't ask). So I think it has been adequately put to the test. The sausage making tools and hamburger patty maker are good quality.I hand wash all the pieces as they are funky shaped and I want to maintain sterility. Once I put the tray and feeder part together I decided not to try to break back down, but that is a minor detail. There is a pusher tool that is hollow plastic, it is working fine now, but is the least sturdy part and will wear out eventually. I would highly recommend.

SOOOOO...many parts. Directions are all in VERY small print and not as clear as they should be. There was no customer service phone number. Still do not have an explanation of the flat piece with a circle opening on it;Went to the internet for manual on the model number -still not explanatory.However, the machine is well made and the utube explanations are best (Make sausage like a Pro).Trying to learn how to use it was exhausting and it took hours to gather enough information and recipes using thes model
