It took me about half an hour to complete the assembly including pumping air to the tires. The folding mechanism is strong and solid.Test drive: I test drove it for about half an hour to get used to the speed and handle. It has instant acceleration, but not too fast. It should be easy to get used to. The preset gears are helpful and give ride assistance so it will pick up speed to the preset gear speed. Also the gears can be reprogramed to your preference. I haven't had a chance to do so and the preset gears work for me. The top speed is about 20MPH. You need to be careful and practice with the turns. Becasue the wheel size is smaller than a regular bike, it takes time to get used to making turns. It could be dangerous to have sharp turns.Overall it's a nice and versatile E-Bike from my initial test. With the the folding feature, it can be easily stored away or carried in the back trunk.

I finally received my new bike. The bike is delivered perfectly in the box with a lot of foam protection. It is almost assembled and just needs to put together a few parts which were relatively easy to assemble. It took me less than 30 minutes to assemble it and the instructions from Manual are very clear and easy to understand too. It came with an LCD color digital smart display and it’s very easy to adapt to the settings. This bike is foldable and such a great size bike to throw into your car. It’s very easy to fold and unfold it. The pedal is very smooth, handling is great, and the seat is very comfortable as well. Overall, biking is so enjoyable now and I really love this bike and can’t wait to ride it for a longer trip. I highly recommend this bike and would buy it again!!!

I contacted GoTrax directly for them to do the warranty work on this bike. Because this problem is huge - the bike's frame comes apart WHILE you are riding it. Gotrax has refused to do anything - it just told me to loosen a screw and leave it loose? Terrifying! My 13 year old rides this bike.

Before you buy please read! Your better off buying bike without accessories. All the accessories broke and are very cheap except the lock. The back on seat easily broke, the mirrors within the first couple days of delivery. The phone holder is not good. However the bike is built with good quality just not the accessories.

The package arrived nicely packed with pads. The installment took me about an hour because you need to assemble the front wheel and pedals yourself. The tools came with it but I got stuck a little on the front wheel installation. Didn't took as long to figure out but would be nice if there were videos shows step by step. The bike itself is easy to use, I like it that you can choose to use the battery for faster ride, or just ride it like a normal bike. It's my first e-bike and so far I'm enjoying it!

This is my second Gotrax bike and it is so good! It's got a lot of cool features, not to mention it comes with a bunch of great accessories too. The bike is easily assembled, but also foldable and the battery is removable when it needs to be stored. The bike is large enough for an adult and has a lot of power. Can get going to 20mph really fast! The pedal assist feature is so smooth and well-done that it makes riding an absolute pleasure. The HUD display looks super clean and functions great. Love that it also comes with all the tools, a bike lock, a phone holder, and even rearview mirrors. May look into getting another one for the kids when they get bigger.

The Gotrax F1V2 20" Electric Bike is a solid and versatile electric bike.Pros:Impressive range of up to 50 miles, especially for the price range.A decent top speed of 20 mph that suits most urban riders.Compact 20" size makes it easier to store and transport.LCD display is informative and easy to use.Affordable price point for a mid-range electric bike.Cons:Not ideal for off-road or rugged terrain due to the small tires and lack of advanced suspension.Build quality, while decent, isn't as premium as more expensive models.Overall, it is ideal for short commutes or casual rides around the city, great value for money.

No support except for Bolo giving a little bit of your money back. Do not buy this bike, which intern is paying for a bike repair shop To replace the guts and display….about 300.00. The bike is a nice build too bad the electrical parts Just after one decent ride,…have these stupid problems.. So don’t try to configure any passwords that is what started the whole thing!!!
