I have fair skin that gets red cery easily and this serum has drastically reduced the redness of my skin overall.Added benefit is that is has also reduced the appearencw of my pores (i use castor oil and salicylic acid serum to keep my pores clean) but this serum has actually reduced the size of my pores overall. Its a noticeable effect.My skin is super soft using this. Like baby bottom smooth, texture has improved slightly mostly from it keeping my skin hydrated feeling.I dont have sensitive skin, but it is fair enough that even a light rubbing can make it turn bright red for a bit. This serum calms that quite a bit. Has a cool feel when applying which I love.It soaks in quickly, leaving just soft hydrated skin behind.I use this morning and night... sometimes i apply it a. Third time during the day for a nice little cooling refresh.This serum will stay in my routine for as long as it is available. One of my favroite calming serums.The packaging is top notch serum is supplied in a thick brown glass bottle which is great for lessening light exposure to the serum in the bottle. We all know how damaging uv light can be.Once applied it is a lightweight layer of skin care. Definitely does not make it feel it feel like you're its there. (You know how some skincare just feels like it is sitting on top of skin rather than soaking in -- this serum doesnt do that)

I have never considered myself to have dry skin in way. I have never had any skin problems until recently. I suddenly have little bumps and pink cheeks depending on what I put on my face. I did frantic research and my only conclusion is that I have rosacea. I am not diagnosed but the signs are all there. I continued to research and since I love Korean beauty products, that is where I based my research. It tends to be so inexpensive and so effective compared to brands from here (I used to work for Lancome). I ended up buying three items from this line. The toner is the best toner I have ever used. But that is an aside. The ampoule has a strange dropper format because right at the bottom of it, it angles to the side. I don't know why it is necessary but it doesn't bother me. The ampoule itself is relatively thick compared to other ampoules/serums. It is white and because of how thick it is, not a lot of the ampoule comes out at atime, which is good because I hate when too much comes out and you have excess product that you obviously can't put back in. This ampoule is filled with soothing ingredients that Skin1004 is known for like centella asiatica but this Probio line is supposed to be for more sensitive and/or drier skin. The ampoule makes my skin glisten giving me that glass skin effect and absorbs slowly because of its thickness (at least on me). I think someone with oily skin could even use it as a moisturizer. And it is so relieving to put this on and have my skin look good! And to not see a bunch of little red bumps pop out because my new problematic skin doesn't like what I just put on it. I am in love with this product and this brand. I truly believe this brand has saved my skin. I only wish they had more products in this line beyond the five items they have. I even love the packaging and the beautiful boxes they come in! I cannot say enough good things about this product! If you are sensitive or dry or just want to try a wonderfully elegant ampoule, buy it! You will not regret it!

I love this Ampoule! I’m on my second bottle. I’m new to skincare, so I’ve been trying different products to build a proper routine. I’ve had some trial and error with certain products irritating my skin and causing redness and inflammation. This, along with the cream, rescues my skin every time. I have a great line-up of products, but I’ll never let this gem go. I’m going to keep it, especially when I start getting into retinol.For those who it matters for:- skin type: sensitive, dry, acne- im a melanated women

I don't think I need this because it doesn't have much active ingredients that my 40+ year old skin needs but it does make my skin soft and supple so I use it after retinol at night. It helps not to wake up to dry skin after prescription strength retinol. I imagine it would also work well for people with sensitive or damaged skin as soothing treatment.

I am a medical aesthetician and have recommended this product to plenty of my clients and friends with a compromised skin barrier or overall dry skin in which they have seen results. Its amazing because it is formulated with fermented centella and has a milky texture to help retain more moisture, hydration and assists with repairing. It just overall gives you a great glow!
