I have tried many Step One bars and I this lemon almond tastes the best, it has a smooth texture and I can taste the almonds and lemon. I am also on Step One food products twice a day and has brought my cholesterol total number below 200. The step one product has been very effective for lowering my cholesterol.

Makes for a healthy, high quality, tasty snack. Goes great with low calorie beverage like almond milk. To me it tastes sort of like lemon fruitcake. It’s my favorite flavor of these bars.Keeps me regular but it really didn’t lower my cholesterol levels and I consumed these only twice daily as instructed along with diet and exercise. Finally had to go back on my cholesterol meds after the trial.These do have sugar ( supposedly just from fruit) , but no added sugar, so it might not be something you want to consume if you are trying to cut out sugar completely,I’m still buying these, but not as often, as I’ve switched to almonds and veggies for snacks some days.

These lemon almond bars are delicious! Great for on the go. The fiber is high and the nutritional info is great. The lemon flavor is really nice! Highly recommend these bars from step one foods.

This is the most disgusting thing I have ever eaten. Took one little bite. Couldn't eat it. Cant return it.

These products taste good and I feel better after eating them. They are a bit pricey but if it improves my overall health then I think it’s worth investing in good health. I do have to say that it’s also helped me with my digestion when I eat these. The lemon almond one also has a good taste. I used these products for a bit when checking on my cholesterol and it did go down a number of points.
