I'd recommend this, but it can be improved. It's good value for money though!What I liked:It's cheap, does what it says, looks good. It's really easy to use, and is plug-n-play with Dell as well as HP laptops.I use it like a mini docking station - allows me to change laptops without plugging in monitor, charger, keyboard/mouse, and also frees up ports on the laptop.I didn't like:Charging: The passthrough charging is inadequate for laptops that require 60W. It says the passthrough charge is 100W, but that doesn't seem to be the case.HDMi connection: the colors on the monitor, when connected via HDMI, were very washed out. I had to change a ton of settings to make the display look "similar" to what it was when connected to laptop directly.Location of ports: There are ports that connect via large wires on 3 sides. On one end is the charger input, the other end has HDMI port, and then there's the pass through charger cable. All in all, this tiny device makes cable management a little difficult.

Used this to hook things up to my phone and it worked great for what I needed. No issues with connection or functionality, and had plenty of ports for my purpose. Just a simple little adapter that does its job.

Overall this is a really good product and the price is even better! , the only issue’s i personally had with with it is that when I connect my second monitor throughout a usb port and hdmi it drains some battery from my Mac and slows my Mac up but overall its a good product ill give it a 4 out of 5
