This can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Suggest purchasing extra tower unit 4 to 5 months after initial tower unit is purchased so unit has immediate replacement at the end of its service life.

I ordered a column pair for my Inogen G5 back in Oct ‘24. I installed and used it for three months and my machine began telling me it needed to be replaced already! I thought this certainly had to be wrong after only 3 months but soon I started getting “low oxygen output” errors. I contacted them and explained my situation. We tried resetting the system counter once to no avail. Trei at Main Clinic Supply immediately shipped me out a replacement at no charge and didn’t even require me to pay to ship back the other one! Now that is astounding customer service. Ever since I installed the replacement my machine has worked flawlessly. Thank you guys.

Get these if your portable oxygen concentrator is due. They are super easy to replace and they are a fraction of the price of the ones from the manufacturer and I would bet good money they are identical.
