I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and was so happy to find this! I've tried several gluten free mac & cheeses, and this one is by far the best. I've had a subscription set up for months now, and I just wanted to share that in April 2025, I paid $3.79 per box, and this month (May 2025), they're $5.12. I just like to keep an eye on prices, so there you have it.

I've been gluten free for 20+ years and always said, why doesn't Velveeta make gluten free!!!???So thanks for listening.The cheese: tastes the same which is perfectThe pasta: why do companies keep using corn for pasta? That's a no. Consistency isn't great, it overcooks quickly, and it doesn't reheat nicely. Use what and/or brown rice to make gf pasta. It's the best- cooks nice, tastes good, reheats well.

Finally a macaroni and cheese that's gluten-free that doesn't taste gluten free. What can I say it tastes exactly as I remember it before having to go gluten free. The texture, consistency and even the cheesy yummy goodness is exactly as I remember before having to go gluten-free. It's made the same way as the glutened product. Simply boil the noodles strain and squeeze the cheese packet over it stir and devour. If you're looking for a delicious gluten-free macaroni and cheese this is the one you want to buy.
