Let’s be honest… The brand name version of these is stupidly expensive considering the fact it’s just some nylon straps with some hardware. Just as dirty as the brand name for a fraction of the price.

These straps are excellent for home workouts as they effectively target the arms, chest, and back and are made of durable material.

I used it with the yellow strap with the carabiner. I'd loop it around a smooth metal pole and loop the carabiner through one of the predawn holes, then hook the straps up. within 6 weeks some of the sticking of the presown loops started to rip out.

Could not open the clasp. My neighbor helped me though at first he was stumped. Turns out you have to remove a set screw in order for it to work. No where in the directions was this mentioned. Almost caused me to return it.

Rehabbing from broken ankle helps with stability doing squats.

The product you get is not what the pictures represent. You can not use the handles or straps separately and "build" what you need. You are locked into 1 anchor point and having a bunch of extra fabric flopping around for one armed or legged exercise. Bought this mostly for rows so it'll work but it's basically false advertising.
