Super comfortable and provide just the right amount of cushioning to protect my heels. They've made a big difference in reducing strain and keeping my feet safe from Achilles tendonitis. Easy to slip into any shoe and stay in place all day. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with heel pain or looking for extra support.

These have been a life saver for my plantar fasciitis. Because of the adhesive, I'm able to stack the pads to compensate for not being able to wear an orthotic. Very durable, can be hand washed readily. Great value.

LOVED these heels supports, I've been using them since July 11 25. They are odorless, does have a light adhesive for the bottom, I don't remove them from my indoor sandals, just in case it would not stick to the new shoes, also it has a low lip on the heel end. My body weight kept it in place, so far they stayed put. Thats why I bought this set of 4 for my other out/indoor shoes. I had to wear thin socks because I don't like the way it feels on my bare feet. I don't wear these sandal outside, the back of the insert is taller than my shoes and exposed, aesthetically it looks weird, does not matter to me because no one else sees them. It gave me the supports I needed for my achy heels. Since I got more wiser, my body seems to not work as well when I'm in my youth. For now, until I need to replaced my outdoor shoes supports, I'll keep my extra insert in cool dry place. They should last at least 6-12 months I HOPE? If anything changed drastically I'll revise my review. This is a better a pain reliever than taking pain meds, no side affects. Got them on prime day deals, great price for 4 pairs. Next year prime deal I'll buy new ones. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I had high hopes for these based on the reviews. Simply put, these are terrible.The circled part in the attached photo is hard. It's a ridge that makes up the part of the insert for the interior part of your foot. I had to stop and find a place to sit in the store to untie my tennis shoes and remove them. It looks soft, but trust me, it's rigid and it digs into the side of your foot. I was wearing thick socks, it should not have been as bad as it was.The wavy look to the insert (where your heel rests) looks like it would be comfortable, it's not. Though they feel relatively soft, they do not feel that way in your shoe after a period of time. For me, it was a half hour.Skip these. I am going to see if I can return them, I tried two different pairs and they both were the same.

So far so good. Had my doubts with quantity and price deal but had them in a few days and feel good. They may be a little narrow but seems to work well.

I personally love these. They help relieve that stress on my achilles tendon (cuz I have flat feet) and I honestly forgot that they are there half the time. I bought these last august and so far have only used two of the packs out of the four (and I'm an RN who is on their feet all day basically everyday). Easy to insert and to switch from one shoe to another. Will definitely be buying these again!

Been trying a new running stlye where I land on the front outer ball and these add a push up at the rear when my foot rolls back. Early days but looking good.Actually went to order another set but the price has trippled in the two weeks since I ordered them, not sure what thats all about (didn't re-order)
