Had to have this to haul a scooter and wheel chair. Works as it should. I have a truck and it is a big help in not having to lift anything. Easy to assemble and it is heavy duty. Adds about 6 inches to back of bumper just have to remember its back there when backing up. Great item. Love it. Price was just right. Everything fits perfect on the carrier.

The carrier initially arrived missing the tie down straps. 5 stars to the company! The parts were replaced almost right away and the speed and the helpfulness has impressed me. The carrier itself is sturdy and has improved my life...I am now able to easily get my electric scooter on and off the carrier, which allows me to take it everywhere with me without having to disassemble the scooter. And the convenience of the carrier being able to fold up against the back of my van lets me be able to keep my parking space where I live! All around joy at purchasing this!

Bolo is not helping me with this. Neither try to reach out for help through them as well.

DO NOT PURCHASE. The product does not stand up to half of the weight capacity. Do not deal with them
DO NOT PURCHASE.... Weight rating is incorrect. We loaded a wheelchair (250lbs) once and the mesh let go. In the description of the product it is weighted rated for 500 LBS. The Seller has denied the issue claiming we loaded incorrectly. This is not the case. Now I have a useless product that can not be used safely and the seller will not refund. They will not authorize return unless we pay out of pocket to return their defective item. NOT HAPPY!!!UPDATEWe did receive the refund for the item itself but that still leaves us out almost the entire original cost to return their defective item to them.We have not been made whole and this company has screwed us over. This item was purchased to assist in the mobility of a disabled person who now has lost the ability to take their chair with them, restricting their ability to attend the planned outings we purchased the lift for.The only person that has received any restitution is the company that made the faulty product to begin with.We are still out almost the original cost with no further funds to replace the defective item as we had to spend what was refunded to send back the defective item to Ceny.
