Works great , I use amino everyday. I didn't care too much for the taste of mixed berry but the effects of the amino powder helped me throughout my day. I prefer the strawberry.

I'm over 60, and my energy levels has been terrible since the last viral hit I got in June of 24. In the past, I've used water supplements to help with recovery after a workout, and I've bought aminos pills, and know how beneficial they are.2 scoops of this product mixed in a bottled water, makes a HUGE difference, sometimes the difference of having to stay in bed all day, to being strong enough to do chores and sit up for a whole movie. I'm happy that this works for me.

A friend introduced me to this product. And it works very well for me. I do drink it before/during a workout. But I also take it to work and it helps give me a little energy and keeps me hydrated during my shift. I usually don't like anything berry flavored, but the other flavor of this specific one was not available. But I will mix it with a little juice to dilute the berry taste.
