I’ve used this for 30 minutes to 60 minutes 6 days a week for three weeks now. I am currently a paraplegic and bound to a wheelchair which I have been for roughly 7 months now. Due to a spinal cord injury, I am unable to move my legs by myself. Since being home from rehab, I have hoped to find a product to help move my lower extremities in hopes to have a little more exercise and movement in my legs. Prior to my SCI, I was a VERY active person. This has helped me feel a little more like myself. The remote control feature is very helpful managing from a chair. I added some bands to help keep my feet in place. It has various settings which helps to personalize your experience. It can keep track of your time, estimated calories, change directions, and more. I have found that the P4 setting works best for me right now. It’s very quiet and seems well built.

The elliptical itself offers a very nice variety of speeds and automatically includes a reverse for each selection. It is very quiet and light weight. My complaint is that the remote does not work very well. Also, I feel the straps provided to help stabilize the feet on the pedals should have slots on the pedals where they could be secured. The instructions are pretty ambiguous and there is nothing explaining what the sequenced data references so that needs to be guessed. Overall, however, very pleased with primary the functionality of the machine.

I love this machine. It's easy to move around from place to place. The instructions are easy to read and follow. There isn't any noise as it runs. Also it is a nice and smooth, no straining as it does the work for you. It definitely makes your blood flow. Love it. Great value

Yes my luv❤️ her birthday present unfortunely she was unable to use it much. My mom passed away 5 days after recieving it.
